Summer is coming!

Hey everyone! I am still alive 😀 I know it has been quiet here for the last weeks. I was quite busy as I started working and had to adapt a little. But I really enjoy it and have a lot of fun. I really love how the weather is getting better and better. We already had some nice and warm days and this weekend is supposed to be great as well. So what would be better than enjoying some self-made nicecream?

I tried a new recipe and love it so much that I definitey have to show it to you. It is a coconut-mint nicecream with a little bit of spirulina powder. So delishious!


  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 4 handful mint leaves
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 350ml almond milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 handful cashew nuts
  • 1 tsp spirulina powder


Start with heating up the coconut milk until cooking. Turn down the heat and add half of the mint leaves. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Afterwards let it cool down a little. Put all ingredients and the rest of the mint leaves into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl or other freezer safe container. Freeze for at least 4 hours.

Take out some minutes before serving so the nicecream gets a little softer and is easier to form into balls.
