Peanut-Chocolate balls

My two favourite sweets combined in one! Peanut mousse and dark chocolate. Can it get any better? I don’t think so. Love this easy and quick recipe and wanted to share it with you.

  • 1 glass of peanut mousse (no added butter or sugar)
  • 5 tbsp oats (grounded)
  • 1tsp cinammon or vanilla
  • 10 dates (cut in small pieces)
  • 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
  • approx. 150g dark chocolate
  • pinch of sea salt
  • topping of your choice (chopped pistachios, raspberry powder, puffed amaranth, sea salt)

Mix peanut mousse, oats, dates, cinnamon and maple syrup in a food processor until you  get a creamy dough. Form small balls and let them cool down in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.

Melt chocolate and add a pinch of sea salt. Roll the balls in melted chocolate and add topping of your choice. Let the chocolate cool down, make yourself a nice cup of tea or coffee, grab a good book and enjoy!
